For deliveries within Pakistan, a standard shipping charge applies for all orders. Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

How long does delivery take?

Our orders are usually delivered within 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a confirmation message once your parcel is shipped.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and pictures of the product. We’ll arrange a quick replacement or exchange.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

We accept returns for unused and unopened products. However, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Certain items (like personal care tools or opened beauty products) can’t be returned due to hygiene reasons.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this number to check your delivery status online.
